Reuben Musselman
Reuben has been in the excavating industry since 2008. As a third-generation excavator, he started out labouring on residential and commercial sites and transitioned into an equipment operator as he gained more experience. Reuben’s growing skills and leadership allowed him to take on the role of foreman where he learned how to manage sites and establish solid health and safety practices.
The next chapter for Reuben has involved owning, operating, and growing Village Earthworks with Simon. Reuben is extremely excited to start building a team that is as passionate about excavating as he is. A team that cares about the details of excavating: putting pipe in the ground bang on, grading the perfect parking lot, or excavating the cleanest hole. A team that is committed to health and safety, fosters a positive and constructive atmosphere and approaches work with a good attitude.
You will see Reuben in the field, in a machine, or an in a hole laying pipe… probably a little muddy. That is how he likes it best!
